We take care to deliver the house in excellent condition. Cleaning is done according to the COVID protection protocols.

The delivery of the accommodation is made on the day of arrival, from 15:00 onwards. The departure at 11:00.

On arrival, you receive the apartment with clean bed linen and towels. You have clean bed linen and towels at your disposal if you want to change.

You are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation throughout your stay.

At your request, we can take care of the cleaning of the accommodation. The cost of cleaning: 50 euros.

During your stay you have the following obligations:

• Do not leave the air conditioner in use during the hours you are away from the accommodation, or when you have windows and balcony doors open.

• Close the roof windows when you are away from the accommodation.

• Have the garbage emptied before you leave the apartment.

• Do not leave dirty utensils when you leave.

• Do not cause damage or harm to the accommodation and common areas during your stay.

**Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

• For the confirmation of your reservation, the payment of 35% of the total price is required in our bank account.

• In case of cancellation, the following cancellation policy applies:

• 21 days before the arrival date, refund of the full amount of the deposit.

• Less than 20 days before the arrival date, 35 % charge (the amount of the deposit).

• In case of departure before the departure date, 100% of the rental amount is charged.
